Peter Shanahan
Dr. Peter Shanahan, P.E. is the founder and principal of HydroAnalysis. He has completed a wide variety of projects involving analysis and computer modeling of environmental water quality, hydrology, hydraulics, and hazardous material fate and transport. Dr. Shanahan is also an experienced expert witness and has represented clients in courtroom testimony, administrative hearings, negotiations with regulatory agencies, and public meetings.
Bruce L. Jacobs
Dr. Bruce L. Jacobs, P.E. provides expertise in hydrology, water quality, and computer modeling of ground water, surface water, and hazardous waste sites. Dr. Jacobs joined HydroAnalysis in 2005 as vice-president having been a consultant to HydroAnalysis for many years. Dr. Jacobs has broad experience in ground-water and surface-water investigations including environmental subsurface site characterization and remedial design and the generation and application of numerical models in support of these efforts. He has engaged in hydrologic investigations focusing on rainfall-runoff estimation, estimation of hydrologic model uncertainty, flood routing, hydrologic statistics, water-quality modeling, hydraulic modeling, and conceptual design of hydraulic systems. Dr. Jacobs is experienced in application of standard numerical models used in practice for ground water, hydrologic, and hydraulic analysis. He has programming expertise in development and maintenance of numerical codes and interfaces to ground-water, surface-water, and hydraulic models.

Dr. Kim Groff provides specialized expertise in environmental engineering including hazardous waste site remediation and water and wastewater treatment to HydroAnalysis. She also provides extensive experience in environmental regulations and solving environmental compliance issues.
Pablo Buscemi
Pablo E. Buscemi is an independent environmental and engineering consultant based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He provides specialized expertise in hazardous waste site remediation, site characterization, and ground water resource analysis. Our affiliation with Mr. Buscemi also allows HydroAnalysis to serve customers in Latin America.
