Representative Experience

Mr. Hickey has over 18 years of experience conducting water resources investigations.  He has designed and conducted watershed, river, estuarine, and coastal hydrodynamic and water quality studies.  He has engaged in surface water investigations, including identifying and evaluating water quality problems, collecting field data, quantifying pollutant impacts, and applying simple and complex mathematical models for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, state agencies, municipal, and commercial clients.  Mr. Hickey has conducted marine contaminated sediment and physical oceanographic investigations, and dredging-related projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and industrial clients.  He insightfully evaluates large, complex, environmental data sets and specializes in providing clear and compelling technical communication.
